This role requires advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and search analytics, along with a strong commercial mindset. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, tech, paid media, and analytics to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and deliver measurable business impact. This person must be confident managing enterprise-level SEO projects, mentoring a growing SEO team, and communicating SEO’s value to senior stakeholders.

The Director of Media will lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across both digital and traditional channels — including content syndication, display, paid search, social, OOH, broadcast, and print. This role is key to driving measurable ROI for Emperikal’s portfolio of technology and performance-driven clients. The Director will oversee media planning, buying, and optimisation, while also contributing to business development efforts to grow the agency’s media footprint. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, deeply analytical, and experienced in building high-performance media teams that can scale results across platforms.

The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact and ultimate point of accountability with Emperikal’s high profile clients. This role will own the relationship with the client and be accountable for overall client satisfaction. They will be responsible for understanding the business, the brand and marketing strategy, market landscape, and operational capabilities of the client. They will set the direction for the account, leading the cross-functional team to define optimal growth and retention strategies for the account across all of Emperikal’s capabilities.

The Digital Analytics Specialist role will bring unique Adobe Analytics experience to Emperikal’s Digital Analytics department. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the key performance indicators used to track specific channels including web, social, paid search, SEO, email, etc. The Digital Analytics Specialist will work with the Digital Marketing team to set up Adobe Analytics for new clients, integrate Adobe Analytics into Emperikal’s reporting dashboards, and analyze reporting data to provide insights that drive our clients’ business decisions.

We are currently seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to focus on developing, executing, and optimizing Emperikal’s SEO strategies. The Senior SEO Strategist will take full ownership of and serve as strategic lead for our most challenging and exciting client work.
